Role Description The F&B; Executive - Cafe is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests. The F&B; Executive manages staff scheduling, coordinates with the kitchen on menu items and specials, and monitors inventory and ordering for cafe supplies.

The role includes training team members on service standards and food safety, addressing guest requests or concerns, and supporting promotional activities to enhance cafe revenue and guest satisfaction.



Collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and consistent brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Food Preparation and Food Safety, with a focus on quality, hygiene, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Proficiency in Food Service and overall Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding and service protocols.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and provide a welcoming experience.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel F&B; environment, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in daily operations.
- Relevant hospitality or F&B; certification or diploma is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a hotel environment.
