Job Summary

Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring productive production, quality, food safety, cost control, timely dispatch, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall factory operations, production planning, and achievement of production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, utilities, and other resources.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, yield, wastage, manpower efficiency, and production costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, and Dispatch teams.
- Drive preventive maintenance and minimize machine breakdowns and production losses.
- Analyse daily production performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Control operational costs and identify opportunities for productivity and process improvement.
- Lead and develop the factory team while maintaining discipline and a positive work culture.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly factory performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, or relevant field.
- 10–12 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing, preferably in a plant management role.
- Strong knowledge of production, food safety, quality systems, manpower management, and plant operations.
- Good leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Pickles operations will be preferred.
