About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager to manage fabric sourcing, vendor development, negotiations, and timely supply for our apparel export business.

Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics(domestic and international) as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and target costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fabric mills and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, MOQ, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate fabric development, sampling, approvals, and production.
- Ensure timely fabric availability as per T&A; schedules.
- Monitor fabric quality and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Identify current mills, fabrics, and cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Design,



Production, and Quality teams.
- Maintain supplier performance, pricing, and fabric databases.

Key Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in fabric sourcing within apparel exports/manufacturing specifically with woven fabrics.
- Strong knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of fabric quality, costing, and production timelines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Upto 70,000 per month
