MEP DESIGN ENGINEERS – MECHANICAL & ELECTRICALLocation: Malappuram/Kozhiko/Kochi, Kerala | Experience: 2–15+ Years | Full-time

We are looking for MEP Design Engineers – Junior to Senior with solid building services design and coordination experience.

Mechanical / HVAC

- HVAC load calculations, system selection & equipment sizing
- Chilled Water, VRF/VRV, DX, ventilation & smoke management
- Ducting, piping, schematics, BOQ & specifications

Electrical

- Load estimation & electrical distribution design
- MV/LV, transformer, DG, UPS, lighting, earthing & lightning protection
- SLD, layouts, BOQ & specifications

Core Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of NBC, IS, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, ECBC/KSECBC




- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM preferred
- Design calculations, drawings, coordination & technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with other disciplines
- Building MEP consultancy experience preferred

Experience

- Junior: 2–5 years
- Design Engineer: 5–8 years
- Senior: 8–12+ years
- Lead/Manager: 12–15+ years
