Role Description The Executive – Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This role involves planning and executing video production workflows, including coordinating with internal teams to understand project requirements, creating shot lists, and organizing raw footage. The Executive – Video Editor will edit videos for marketing, training, product demonstrations, and corporate communications, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.

Daily responsibilities include video editing, color grading, adding motion graphics and titles,



integrating audio, and optimizing videos for different digital platforms. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual content concepts, maintaining an organized media library, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and manage end-to-end video production workflows, including shooting coordination and asset organization.
- Strong proficiency in video editing tools and techniques to create explicit, engaging, and polished content.
- Experience in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall video quality.
- Skills in motion graphics and graphics creation for titles, overlays, infographics, and brand elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling ability and understanding of composition, pacing, and sound design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with industrial, engineering, or renewable energy sectors is an advantage.
