We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Equity Fundamental Analyst to join our Retail Research team. The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in the Indian stock market, financial statement analysis, and equity research. The role involves tracking listed companies, analyzing financial performance, preparing investment research, and supporting retail clients with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
- Analyze annual reports, quarterly earnings, investor presentations, conference call transcripts, and regulatory filings.
- Build and maintain financial models, earnings estimates, and valuation models.
- Prepare research reports, stock notes, earnings updates, sector reports, and investment recommendations.
- Track macroeconomic trends, industry developments, government policies, and corporate announcements affecting markets.
- Assist senior analysts in initiating coverage on new companies and sectors.
- Monitor daily market developments and identify investment opportunities.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal meetings and client interactions.
- Generate investment ideas for retail investors based on long-term fundamentals.
- Create concise market commentary, newsletters, and educational content for digital platforms and social media.
- Respond to client queries related to research recommendations and market developments.




- Maintain research databases and ensure timely updates of financial information.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of equity valuation techniques such as DCF, Relative Valuation, EV/EBITDA, P/E, and Price-to-Book.
- Good understanding of Indian capital markets and sector dynamics.
- Ability to interpret corporate announcements and financial results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with strong quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Ace Equity, Trendlyne, Screener, or similar research platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of technical analysis will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- MBA (Finance), CFA (Level I/II), CA, FRM, or equivalent finance qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
- NISM Research Analyst Certification (preferred).
