The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to act as a strategic force multiplier for the Founders/Executive Office. You will drive cross-functional alignment, oversee critical strategic initiatives, streamline executive workflows, and help execute the company’s growth roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
# Strategic Execution: Drive high-priority special projects across marketing, distribution expansion, supply chain,
and investor relations.
# Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect dots across sales, operations, finance, and branding teams to ensure accountability and seamless execution of company OKRs.
# Executive Support: Prepare high-stakes board decks, investor updates, pitch materials, and strategic business reviews.
# Data & Insights: Track key operational and financial metrics (D2C performance, retail velocity, gross margins) to highlight risks and growth opportunities for leadership.
# Calendar management for executives, Aid executive in preparing for meetings. Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives. Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
# Special Projects: Lead exploratory growth channels, co-branding partnerships, and market research initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, founder's office, venture capital, or high-growth D2C/FMCG startups.
Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with a deep understanding of business metrics, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation capabilities (deck creation, narrative building).
Bias for Action: High ownership, adaptability,
and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Interest: Passion for the clean-label, functional beverage, and consumer brand space.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and coordination of senior-level activities.
- Candidates should possess experience with Administrative Assistance and preparing and managing Expense Reports and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and basic reporting capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience supporting C-level executives.
- Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's / Masters degree, equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
