Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Analyst & ESG Coordinator to join our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team. The role will support the organization's sustainability initiatives through effective data management, performance analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ESG data while supporting sustainability reporting, disclosures, and management reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with facilities, retail stores, and corporate offices to collect, validate, and ensure timely updating of ESG and environmental data within the sustainability management system.
- Analyze key environmental performance indicators, including energy consumption, renewable energy, water usage, waste management, and greenhouse gas emissions, and support trend analysis and performance tracking.
- Support Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions data collection, calculation, and reporting, including coordination with internal stakeholders for relevant activity data.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of ESG data for reporting and disclosures.




- Assist in the preparation of quarterly sustainability performance reports and CXO-level presentations highlighting performance against targets, trends, achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of ESG reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations in alignment with applicable sustainability reporting frameworks and organizational requirements.
- Maintain documentation and records related to ESG data collection, methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of sustainability initiatives and reporting milestones.
- Support ad hoc sustainability projects, benchmarking studies, and data analysis assignments as required.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to sustainability reporting, ESG data management, environmental performance tracking, or related projects.
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability frameworks is an added advantage.
