Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed English Educator for Phase 1 (Grades 1–5) who can create an engaging, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

The ideal candidate should have a solid command of the English language, a sound understanding of primary-level English pedagogy and the ICSE curriculum, and the ability to develop students' foundational language, communication, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum.
- Develop students' skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication.
- Use activity-based, experiential, and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, activities, and learning resources.
- Assess, record, and monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate students' progress with parents during PTMs and as required.
- Support students with different learning needs and provide additional academic support where required.
- Collaborate with the Lead Educator and Grade Team in planning and implementing learning activities.




- Participate in school events, assemblies, literary activities, and other co-curricular activities.
- Integrate appropriate technology into classroom teaching.
- Stay updated with effective teaching practices and engage in continuous professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a reputed school.
- Experience teaching English to Grades 1–5.
- Strong command of English language and communication skills.
- Good understanding of primary-level pedagogy and the ICSE curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Creative, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young learners.
- Tech-savvy with good organisational and teamwork skills.
- Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or relevant field; B.Ed. preferred.
- Candidates with ICSE school teaching experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in Bangalore (North).
