About the Company
NimbusPost is one of India’s leading logistics technology companies serving the evolving needs of D2C and B2C brands. The company helps growing businesses turn logistics into an eCommerce growth engine through an integrated technology and operations platform. Its offering brings together zero-effort warehousing and fulfillment, easy-to-use shipping technology, a multi-courier delivery network, AI-backed data intelligence, dedicated operations support, and plug-and-play value-added services.
NimbusPost bridges the transparency gap in logistics by bringing courier partners onto one platform, helping sellers choose the best delivery option for their requirements. The organization operates as an extended logistics arm for brands focused on growth, connecting technology, logistics execution, and commercial outcomes. NimbusPost is building a high-growth, delivery-oriented environment where teams are expected to take ownership, move quickly, and create measurable value for customers and the business.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager / Manager – Enterprise Sales, you will own market expansion across assigned locations by acquiring high-value B2C and D2C brands. You will manage the complete commercial journey from prospecting and discovery through platform demonstrations, solution design, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship development. The role combines new-business acquisition with strategic account engagement, requiring you to understand each client’s logistics needs and translate them into customized solutions using NimbusPost’s technology platform.
You will build a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, referrals, and social channels, while improving market distribution and customer loyalty. Reporting to the Manager – Sales, you will operate as an individual contributor and influence internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes. Your success will be measured by quality client acquisition, large-value closures, sustainable relationships, and profitable expansion with the right customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the assigned market expansion roadmap by identifying and onboarding suitable B2C and D2C brands, increasing NimbusPost’s distribution and presence across the target territory.
- Build a qualified enterprise pipeline through cold calling, outbound outreach, social media, networking, events, referrals, and systematic follow-up, improving conversion visibility and sales predictability.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, solution configuration, commercial discussions, closure, and onboarding,
ensuring momentum and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop trusted client relationships by understanding operating requirements, resolving business-association queries, and influencing long-term logistics direction beyond the initial sale.
- Create customized logistics solutions using NimbusPost’s shipping technology, courier network, fulfillment capabilities, data intelligence, and value-added services to improve customer value and adoption.
- Prioritize and close large-value accounts that fit the business model, balancing revenue growth, customer quality, operational feasibility, and sustainable contribution margins.
- Build alliances with brands and coordinate with internal teams to enable smooth onboarding, reduce friction, and convert commercial commitments into successful customer outcomes.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Proven enterprise or B2B sales experience in logistics, shipping technology, eCommerce, or a related environment, with demonstrated D2C seller acquisition and large-account closure capability.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the discipline to manage opportunities from first contact through onboarding.
- Ability to conduct compelling platform demonstrations and translate complex logistics requirements into customized, commercially viable solutions for business decision-makers.
- Working understanding of D2C operations, eCommerce fulfillment, courier networks, shipping platforms, or seller logistics workflows, enabling credible customer conversations and solution positioning.
- Strong business judgment and data-oriented planning skills to identify the right customer segments, design winning approaches, manage costs, and deliver key commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, decision-making, and stakeholder-influence capabilities for a fast-paced, high-growth, delivery-oriented environment.
Additional Plus
- Experience selling logistics technology, multi-carrier shipping, fulfillment, warehousing, or adjacent solutions to digitally native brands and eCommerce businesses.
- Existing relationships with D2C founders, eCommerce heads, operations leaders, marketplaces, agencies, or brand ecosystems that can accelerate qualified enterprise pipeline creation.
- Experience working with CRM, sales engagement, pipeline analytics,
or account-planning systems to improve forecast accuracy, prioritization, and conversion performance.
What You'll Bring
- You bring at least three years of hands-on sales experience with the confidence to create demand, open senior conversations, and convert complex opportunities into measurable business results.
- You understand how D2C and B2C brands evaluate logistics partners, and you can connect customer pain points across shipping, fulfillment, delivery performance, cost, visibility, and scalability to a compelling solution.
- You are comfortable owning an individual-contributor number, planning a territory, maintaining disciplined pipeline coverage, and working persistently through a multi-stakeholder buying process.
- You communicate clearly with founders, business leaders, operations teams, and internal stakeholders, adapting your message from commercial value to implementation detail when required.
- You are proactive, empathetic, creative, and resilient, with the judgment to qualify opportunities honestly and focus effort on customers that can achieve lasting value.
- You are willing to work in a field-based role across the assigned market and take accountability for both acquisition outcomes and the quality of the customer relationship after closure.
