Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Engage with potential students to identify their career aspirations, learning objectives, and program requirements. Recommend appropriate courses and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment.
- Manage and nurture allocated leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms. Ensure regular follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated throughout the lead journey.
- Counsel prospective students on available programs by clearly communicating course structure, key perks, fee details, and potential career outcomes. Resolve queries and provide relevant information to help students make confident enrollment decisions.

- Drive enrollments and revenue by consistently working towards assigned individual and team targets. Focus on achieving healthy lead-to-enrollment conversion rates and maintaining strong sales performance.
- Stay connected with students after enrollment to support a smooth onboarding experience. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of onboarding and program-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Training, and Support teams to resolve student issues and facilitate a seamless and satisfactory student experience.
- Gather and analyse feedback from prospects and enrolled students to understand recurring concerns,



objections, and changing market requirements.

Communicate relevant insights to improve sales approaches, counselling methods, and conversion strategies.

- Ensure timely and accurate updating of CRM and other sales records, including lead interactions, follow-ups, conversions, and lead status. Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with the reporting manager.
