The company enables residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural users to monitor and control water tanks, borewells, motors, pumps, valves, and pipelines using real-time sensors, cloud dashboards, and mobile applications. Its solutions provide real-time water level and flow monitoring, automatic motor and valve control, dry-run and overflow protection, and instant alerts and notifications.
AadionSync delivers remote access to water systems via mobile and web dashboards, helping users manage water resources more intelligently. The mission is to reduce water wastage, save energy, and modernize traditional water systems into intelligent, automated infrastructures.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Electrician will install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, and related hardware for AadionSync water meter controllers and associated IoT devices. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, identifying faults, troubleshooting electrical issues in pumps, motors, and control systems, and completing timely repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
The role involves working closely with technicians and engineers during system deployments,
reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, and following safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Electrician will also support preventive maintenance activities, assist in commissioning current installations, and provide basic guidance to customers on safe system usage.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills.
- Candidates should possess maintenance and repair abilities for electrical systems, including motors, pumps, and control panels.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults and system issues.
- Candidates should possess understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to low-voltage control systems and industrial installations.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrician trade from a recognized institution.
- Experience working with industrial or building electrical systems; exposure to IoT or automation solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, use of test instruments (multimeters, clamp meters), and best practices for safe work.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation manuals, and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
