Mentora Health is an early-stage mental health startup working with schools to make student mental-health support more accessible, preventive, and better coordinated.

We are looking for someone who understands EdTech sales and institutional outreach, especially someone who knows how to approach schools, speak with principals and decision-makers, follow up, negotiate, and move conversations towards closure.

Essential Qualification

- Prior EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have sold products or services directly to schools.

What You'll Be Doing

- Reach out to schools and relevant decision-makers.
- Speak with principals, directors, administrators, and school management teams.
- Present Mentora Health and communicate its value clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads; follow up with prospective schools.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations.
- Move interested schools from initial conversation to closure.
- Contribute to the overall school outreach and sales strategy.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role.



There is no fixed salary. Your earnings are directly linked to the business you close, the more deals you close, the more you earn.
