We are looking for an experienced Education Counselor who can counsel and convert leads for our Language Courses (German, French, IELTS, English).

We need a target-driven professional who can close admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads via call, WhatsApp and walk-ins

- Counsel students for language courses and career path
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain CRM and daily follow-up reports

Requirements

- 1-3 years experience in Education / EdTech / Coaching sales
- Good communication in English & Hindi, Marathi
- Target-oriented and presentable
- Can join immediately

What We Offer

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹28,000 + High Incentives

- Average Earning: ₹45,000 - ₹65,000 per month
