We are looking for a passionate Education Robotics & AI/ML Mentor who can combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to teach and mentor children with patience, care, and enthusiasm.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with students and wants to make technology, robotics, and AI exciting and accessible to young learners.

What You’ll Do

- Teach students the fundamentals of Robotics, AI/ML, Electronics, Programming, and STEM through practical, hands-on learning.
- Conduct engaging classes and workshops for school-age students.
- Guide students through robotics projects, experiments, and problem-solving activities.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, age-appropriate, and understandable way.
- Encourage students to ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.
- Handle students with patience, kindness, care, and responsibility.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable learning.
- Help students troubleshoot hardware, software, and robotics projects.
- Mentor students for competitions, hackathons, exhibitions, and STEM projects.
- Take responsibility for robotics kits, equipment, and classroom activities.

What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech/B.E.



students or graduates from Robotics, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of robotics, electronics, programming, and basic AI/ML concepts.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, and servos is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python, C/C++, AI/ML, Computer Vision, IoT, or related technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach technical concepts to children clearly and patiently.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, volunteering, or workshop experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Most Key: Your Approach to StudentsTechnical knowledge is only one part of this role. We are looking for someone who can teach with patience, care, and genuine interest in the growth of every student.

You should be comfortable working with children of different ages and learning abilities, giving them individual attention, encouraging them when they struggle, and making sure they feel respected and supported.

A good mentor doesn't just teach students what to build — they help students understand why it works, how to think, and how to build things on their own.
