- Agency &
- Paid Ads Management: Oversee and evaluate the performance of external digital marketing agencies running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Track and maximize ROAS, performance metrics, and ad efficiency.
- Website Operations &
- Optimization: Ensure smooth, error-free website functionality, eliminate technical slowdowns or downtime, and continuously test and optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates (CRO).
- Ecommerce &
- Revenue Growth: Manage digital catalog listings, pricing, promotional campaigns, and marketplace operations to drive overall online sales volume and revenue targets.
- Analytics &
- Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key metrics using web analytics tools to identify trends,



drop-offs, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to align product launches, inventory availability, and promotional calendars.
