We’re Hiring | Customer Experience & E-commerce Sales Executive

CASEGEAR India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Experience & E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram.

This role is a combination of customer support, customer engagement and sales conversion. You will be speaking with customers who have shown interest in our products, understanding their concerns, helping them make the right purchase decision, and assisting them in completing their order.

Role: Customer Experience & E-commerce Sales Executive

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: 3-3.5LPA

Experience: 1+ year in Customer Support / Telecalling / E-commerce / Inside Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with customers who have abandoned their carts on our website.
- Understand customer queries, concerns and reasons for not completing their purchase.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, pricing, offers and order-related queries.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Offer relevant discounts or solutions to help customers complete their purchase.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving both customer satisfaction and sales conversion targets.

- What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first attitude with valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Positive, patient and problem-solving approach.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales or e-commerce is a plus.
