Role Description The DSA Instructor role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. The instructor will design and deliver structured modules on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), including lectures, labs, and problem-solving sessions aligned with industry and academic needs.

Responsibilities include creating and updating curriculum materials, preparing assignments, quizzes, and projects, and guiding learners through coding exercises and competitive programming challenges. The role involves providing individualized feedback, mentoring participants for hackathons and hiring assessments, and collaborating with the Where U Elevate® team to integrate AI-driven tools and platform features into learning experiences.



The instructor will also participate in periodic reviews of course outcomes, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and content.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hashing, energetic programming, and complexity analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for DSA (such as C++, Java, or Python) and experience with coding platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, or HackerRank.
- Ability to design clear, structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials for diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or training learners in DSA, competitive programming, or related technical subjects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative setting in Noida and engaging with students, professionals, and academic stakeholders.
- Familiarity with hackathons, talent assessment processes, and industry-focused technical hiring will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in innovation, engineering, and technology-driven career development, and openness to using AI-based tools in teaching.
