Role Description This full time, on-site Dispatch Executive role is based in Ludhiana and focuses on coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities.

The Dispatch

Executive will schedule and assign loads, communicate with drivers and carriers, and monitor the progress of shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include updating shipment status, resolving route or delay issues, and maintaining accurate records in dispatch systems. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal teams,



addressing service inquiries, and supporting continuous improvement in dispatch efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients.
