? WE ARE HIRING | DOMESTIC SALES COORDINATOR

MFP Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Domestic Sales Coordinator.

? Location: Makarpura, Vadodara

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Qualification: Graduate / MBA – Sales, Marketing or related field

? Industry: FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process customer purchase orders in ERP and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with customers for enquiries, order updates and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, Accounts, Warehouse & Logistics for smooth order execution.
- Coordinate dispatches, monitor deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales and ERP/CRM records.
- Support payment follow-ups, outstanding collections and customer complaint resolution.




- Coordinate domestic & international travel, including flights, hotels, cabs and required documentation.
- Support planning and coordination of domestic & international exhibitions/trade shows.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets and handle other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

? REQUIREMENTS✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills ✅ Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills

✅ Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM & MS Office

✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

✅ FMCG/Food/Manufacturing experience preferred
