As an SAP FICO Director, you will operate as a strategic leader at the intersection of enterprise finance, technology architecture, and business growth. We are seeking a consulting powerhouse who combines deep SAP FICO technical/functional mastery with a proven track record of commercial success, sales origination, and revenue generation.In this role, you will be directly responsible for identifying recent market opportunities, leading high-value client pursuits, and hitting defined financial growth targets for the practice. Simultaneously, you will act as the executive sponsor for complex, large-scale financial transformations, helping CFOs and finance executives modernize their digital core using SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance.

Generation &

- Sales Targets (Commercial Growth)

- Sales Origination: Own and drive a dedicated annual sales and revenue target by originating new SAP FICO opportunities and expanding current client footprints.
- Pipeline Management: Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of SAP finance transformation opportunities within key target markets.
- Proposal &
- RFP Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales pursuits, including orchestrating response teams for multi-million-dollar RFPs, designing commercial models, and delivering high-impact pitch presentations to C-suite executives (CFOs, CIOs, Controllers).
- Alliance Leveraging: Collaborate closely with the SAP alliance team and account teams to co-sell, build account strategies, and identify cross-selling pathways.

- Strategic Advisory

- Executive Sponsorship: Provide program governance and quality assurance for a portfolio of complex SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, safeguarding timeline, budget, and client value realization.
- Finance Architecture Design:



Architect sophisticated global finance blueprints covering core FICO components: General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (FI-AP/AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Central Finance (cFin).
- Strategic Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on finance modernisations, including corporate restructuring, shared services design, fast-close capabilities, and advanced analytics.

- Capability Scaling

- Practice Building: Mentor, coach, and upscale the next generation of SAP FICO consulting professionals, driving technical upskilling in S/4HANA cloud technologies.
- IP &
- Asset Creation: Champion the creation of pre-configured finance accelerators, templates, and digital prototypes that compress delivery cycles and lower the total cost of ownership (TCO) for clients.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Consulting Heritage: Minimum of 15+ years of pure-play technology consulting experience, with a progressive track record leading up to a Director, Principal, or Senior Manager level at a Tier-1 firm or Big 4 environment.
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding annual sales, origination, and revenue quotas (e.g., managing a book of business worth $3M–$5M+ annually).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on background in SAP FICO configurations, having led at least 3+ end-to-end global SAP implementations (with at least two major programs built on SAP S/4HANA Finance or Central Finance).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Business.

Chartered

Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Certifications: Active certifications in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting are strong differentiators.
