Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Media Sales with an influential global network to spearhead brand partnerships and revenue across our three premier verticals. This is more than a media sales role; it is a strategic leadership position overseeing a comprehensive 360-degree ecosystem. You will represent an international OTT FAST channel, a prestigious decade-old film festival, and a high-level global leadership conclave.

The ideal candidate possesses C-suite access to global brands and a proven track record of monetizing premium content and large-scale events.

THE VERTICALS YOU WILL REPRESENT

- Green Chillies TV (OTT FAST Channel): A 24/7 global entertainment channel reaching over 90 million viewers worldwide across platforms like Jio TV, MX Player, and Tata Play. We deliver a curated mix of feature films, reality shows, and exclusive celebrity content.
- Global Indian Film Festival (GIFF): Now in its 9th year, GIFF is a distinguished international platform celebrating cinematic excellence, attracting visionary filmmakers and discerning audiences from across the globe.
- International Women Leadership Forum (IWLF): A premier international conclave uniting global thought leaders, CXOs, and change-makers to shape the future of leadership and diversity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Revenue Generation: Secure high-value sponsorships, strategic spot buys, and integrated brand placements across all three verticals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Architect and pitch bespoke, 360-degree marketing solutions—spanning On-air, On-ground, and Digital—to global brands and leading agencies.
- Network Leveraging:



Utilize your established relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, and Media Buying Houses to cultivate long-term, high-value collaborations.
- Monetization Strategy: Identify and develop current revenue streams, including branded content, IP licensing, and exclusive conclave memberships.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between brand partners and internal production and event teams to ensure the flawless execution of all commitments.

WHO YOU ARE

- Experience: 12+ years in Media Sales, Advertising, or Sponsorship Sales, with a strong preference for experience in OTT, Satellite TV, or Large-scale Events.
- The Network: You bring an active, influential network of contacts within top-tier FMCG, Tech, Automobile, and Lifestyle brands.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a proactive leader who creates opportunities. You understand the value of an integrated ecosystem and excel at selling "the bigger picture."
- Global Vision: You are adept at working with international clients and possess a nuanced understanding of global media buying.
