Job Title: Director

Qualification: Postgraduate (PG)

Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 10 years of school administration experience

Job Location: Sharjah

– Director The Director will serve as the senior administrative and academic leader of the institution, responsible for providing strategic direction, academic excellence, operational efficiency, and overall institutional development. The role requires a dynamic professional with extensive experience in both teaching and school administration, preferably from reputed international schools in India or abroad.

The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the institution maintains the highest standards of academic quality, discipline, innovation, and student development. The position demands strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to build and guide high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership and Institutional Development

- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the institution’s long-term growth and sustainability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures aligned with the institution’s mission and goals.
- Promote academic excellence and innovative teaching practices across all departments.
- Represent the institution in professional forums, meetings, and collaborations with external stakeholders.

2. Academic Leadership

- Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and educational standards.
- Ensure that teaching methodologies align with international best practices.
- Monitor academic performance and introduce initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Encourage research, innovation, and professional development among faculty members.

Admissions & Student Enrolment

- Take ownership of the institution's admission and student-enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase student admissions.
- Personally participate in student and parent counselling for key/high-value admissions.
- Monitor enquiries, applications, follow-ups, conversions, and confirmed admissions.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Lead admission campaigns, outreach programmes, open houses, seminars, school visits, and other promotional activities.
- Identify new opportunities and channels for increasing student enrolment.

4. School Administration

- Oversee daily operations of the institution including academic, administrative, and support services.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain effective operational systems.
- Implement policies related to discipline, safety, and student welfare.

5. Faculty Management and Team Building

- Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and evaluation of faculty and administrative staff.
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Foster teamwork, professional development, and leadership growth among staff members.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.

6. Student Development and Welfare

- Ensure a supportive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
- Implement programs that promote student engagement, leadership, and extracurricular development.
- Address student concerns, discipline matters, and counseling needs where required.

7. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, faculty, and management.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and events to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Represent the institution with professionalism and maintain a positive public image.

8. Quality Assurance and Compliance

- Ensure adherence to academic standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor institutional performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to academic and administrative performance.

Required Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 10 years of school administration experience.
- Prior experience working in reputed international schools in India or abroad.
- Strong understanding of modern educational practices and academic management
