Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day online marketing activities for clients, including planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across search, social, and other channels.

Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring Google and Meta ads, supporting SEO and SEM efforts, tracking performance through web analytics tools, and preparing regular reports and insights. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client goals, contribute to content and creative briefs, and ensure consistent brand messaging. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Aurangabad Area, requiring close coordination with the agency team and direct communication with clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics skills to plan, execute, and measure campaigns effectively.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta and other social networks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, interface with clients, and present campaign performance and recommendations.
- Relevant experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and basic WordPress or web management is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in office agency environment are important.
