Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is creative, eager to learn, and interested in building practical experience in social media and digital marketing.

This internship is suitable for freshers and beginners who want hands-on exposure to content creation, social media management, branding, and basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Help create content ideas for posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Write basic captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
- Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives, reels, thumbnails, and other digital content.
- Help cover and promote campus events, guest sessions, placement drives, workshops, seminars, and student activities.
- Conduct basic competitor research, hashtag research, trend research, and content research.
- Monitor social media activity such as reach, engagement, views, followers, and comments.
- Assist in preparing simple weekly or monthly social media reports.
- Support basic SEO, website content updates, Google Business Profile updates, and keyword research.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest creative ideas for the brand.

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and social media.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
- Basic video editing knowledge will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets will be helpful.

Eligibility

- Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous internship experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to learn and work in a team.
- Must be available for a full-time, work-from-office internship in Hinjewadi, Pune for 3–6 months.
