Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Designer Intern role based in Jaipur.

The Designer

Intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print materials, such as social media posts, presentations, brochures, and website graphics. The role involves translating brand guidelines into cohesive designs, preparing design drafts and mockups, and revising work based on feedback from supervisors and stakeholders. The intern will assist in maintaining consistency of visual identity across all platforms, organizing design files,



and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to produce materials that clearly communicate immigration services.

The position offers hands-on experience in a qualified setting, with opportunities to learn design processes and contribute to real client-facing projects.

Qualifications

- Possesses core graphic design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and basic illustration.
- Has practical experience or training with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Demonstrates ability to create digital assets for social media, web content, and online marketing campaigns.
- Shows skill in preparing visual materials for print, such as flyers, posters, and brochures.
- Exhibits attention to detail, accuracy in visual execution, and strong proofreading of design text and labels.
- Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and responds constructively to design feedback.
- Manages time well, organizes multiple tasks, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Interest in the immigration and consulting domain and willingness to learn about services and target audiences.
- Portfolio or samples of design work that demonstrate creative thinking and ability to follow brand guidelines.
