Role Description The Design Architect will work on a full-time, on-site basis at the Mumbai office, collaborating closely with design and project teams.

Responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing design presentations, and translating ideas into detailed drawings and models. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contributing to construction documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout project stages.

The Design

Architect will participate in client meetings, support design management activities,



and help align project deliverables with timelines and quality standards. Daily work includes problem-solving, reviewing design details, and supporting seamless communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed solutions.
- Experience in Design Management, including coordination with teams and oversight of design deliverables.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for various project stages.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or on significant projects in India is preferred.
