Summary

The role of Deputy Manager - PMO focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the Program Management Office (PMO) processes in the Business Group. This role is critical in supporting governance, tool deployment, user assistance, and overall capability building to ensure optimal execution of program management across various projects.

Responsibilities

- Ensure proper deployment and consistent application of PMO processes across Business Group programs.
- Support program teams in applying governance and program management standards.
- Monitor and consolidate key program management topics, focusing on risk management and schedule execution.
- Identify deployment gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support deployment of new PMS tools and provide user helpdesk support.
- Deliver user training for effective adoption of PMO processes and tools.
- Track program and PMO deployment progress through dedicated KPIs and dashboards.




- Develop management dashboards using Power BI and automate updates using Python.
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of PMO reporting.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in PMO and program management within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of program management processes and risk management.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analytics.
