Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Architect with 4 to 7 years of experience in architectural design, drawings and site coordination, preferably on high-quality residential villa projects. The candidate will work on projects from design development through execution, under the guidance of senior management. They will help deliver good design, functionality, quality and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has solid design knowledge, strong AutoCAD skills, experience preparing detailed drawings, and working knowledge of landscape design and site planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings for high-quality residential villas.
- Prepare accurate detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design options for villa projects.
- Support landscape and outdoor space design, including gardens, lawns, plantation areas, pathways, hardscape and softscape, and integrate it with the villa design.
- Make regular site visits and check that execution follows approved drawings, designs and specifications.
- Review construction quality, materials, dimensions, finishes and architectural detailing on site, with attention to the finish standard expected in premium villas.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams to resolve design and execution issues.




- Update drawings for design revisions and material selections.
- Help ensure compliance with building regulations, codes and statutory requirements.
- Attend client and internal meetings and take part in project discussions.
- Track project progress and report quality or timeline issues to senior management.
- Support junior architects and draftsmen where required.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals and project documents.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in high-quality residential villa projects.
- Positive design knowledge with experience in architectural planning.
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Ability to prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings.
- Working experience in landscape design and site planning.
- Understanding of hardscape, softscape, plantation, garden design, pathways and outdoor spaces.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications and detailing.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization or other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of building regulations, approval processes and statutory requirements.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in luxury villas, premium estates or high-quality residential developments.
- Experience handling parts of a project from design through execution.
- Experience in landscape and outdoor space design for villas.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams.
