Managing broadcaster collections and outstanding receivables for channels available on the GTPL platform.

Following up with broadcasters for timely payment of outstanding dues and ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms.

Managing and monitoring SOA, invoices, payment advices, outstanding statements, and payment projections.

Coordinating with broadcasters regarding agreement renewals, FCT agreements, merger agreements, and other commercial documentation.

Preparing and sharing outstanding reports and payment follow-up statements with internal and external stakeholders.

Conducting regular follow-ups with broadcasters through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to accelerate collections.

Tracking ageing of receivables and prioritizing long-pending accounts for recovery.

Coordinating with Finance, Legal, Content, and other internal teams for resolution of payment and documentation issues.

Handling cases involving long-pending outstanding payments, payment commitments, TDS discrepancies, and contractual matters.

Escalating critical and overdue accounts to the concerned management/legal team for further recovery action.





Supporting channel continuation/discontinuation activities based on commercial and payment status.

Maintaining accurate records of broadcaster agreements, licenses, invoices, outstanding balances, and payment status.

Preparing professional payment reminder and escalation communications to broadcasters.

Ensuring month-end collection targets are achieved through systematic follow-up and account monitoring.

Building and maintaining skilled relationships with broadcasters and internal stakeholders.

Providing management with regular MIS, collection updates, ageing analysis, and recovery status.
