Role Description The Dental Laboratory Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The technician will be responsible for fabricating, adjusting, and finishing dental prosthetics, including dentures and full arch restorations, according to clinical prescriptions and digital designs. Day-to-day work includes operating laboratory equipment, following digital workflows, preparing materials, and ensuring high-quality results that meet technical and aesthetic standards.

The role involves collaborating with dentists, dental technicians, and other team members to clarify case requirements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate documentation. The technician will also help maintain a clean, safe,



and organized laboratory environment and support continuous improvement in processes and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including handling dental materials, operating lab equipment, and following safety protocols.
- Ceramic layering, staining, glazing and finishing.
- Monolith stain glaze gingiva layering and stain
- Accurate shade matching and natural tooth characterization.
- Good knowledge of tooth morphology, anatomy and occlusion.
- Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail. Minimum experience in ceramic 2 year
- Candidates should possess solid Dental Technology skills, such as working with digital designs, 3D printing, milling, and fabrication of dental prosthetics.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Dentistry to understand clinical prescriptions, occlusion, anatomy, and esthetic requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience as Laboratory Technicians, including workflow management, case documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Dentures, including setup, waxing, processing, finishing, and adjustments.
- Formal training or diploma in Dental Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and solid visual-esthetic judgment are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and communicate clearly with team members and clinicians.
