Basic Information

Position Title – Delivery Lead

Experience Level – 4-8

Location – Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Position reports to – Assistant Director

Job Purpose The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

Key Responsibilities l Review of NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds that include recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting.





l Cash tracking and reconciliation l Review of investor level allocations l Fund expense allocations l Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors.

l Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process.

l Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices l Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis.

l Onboard new PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran, Geneva and eFront)

l Preparation of quarterly reports to investors on the funds’ and portfolio companies’ performance (comprising NAV, DVPI, TVPI, IRRs, costs and investors’ capital accounts)

l Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivity.

l Cash reconciliation for PE Funds l Setting up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by laying down the processes and internal check frameworks to achieve the overall objective l Client Management: Understanding project request, negotiate deadline and handling client queries l Project Management: Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output

Key Competencies

l CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school l 3-7 years of strong experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting l Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, PE Co-investment, PE Fund of Funds l Strong in finance fundamentals and analytical skills l Excellent in MS Excel to process diverse data sets l Knowledge of databases including Investran, Ilevel, Efront is an added advantage l Strong written and verbal communication skills l Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines l Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with project management, client relationship management, analytical, and teamwork skills l Good to have: Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is a plus.
