Lumesa builds AI-driven production systems for fashion brands. We help brands create and deliver high-quality visual content at scale, faster and more consistently than traditional workflows. Our work combines AI, structured operations and vendor networks to run high-volume creative pipelines across generation, editing and delivery.
What this role really is
You'll be the person who keeps live production moving day to day. You'll track outputs, chase updates from vendors and internal teams, and keep trackers accurate so everyone knows where each project stands.
You'll work closely with a Delivery Manager who owns the bigger picture. Your job is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What you'll own
- Track daily production across pre-production → generation → QA → final delivery for assigned projects
- Keep trackers, status logs and dashboards up to date (Google Sheets / Excel, ClickUp or Asana)
- Follow up with external vendors and freelancers on daily allocations, throughput and delays
- Coordinate with designers, AI, QA and engineering teams to get answers and unblock tasks
- Send clear daily and weekly status updates to the Delivery Manager and project stakeholders
- Spot delays or quality issues early and flag them with a short summary of what's wrong
- Help break client briefs into task-level checklists with support from senior team members
- Support the team during volume spikes and rework loops
What we're looking for
You'll do well here if you have some of this:
- 1-3 years in operations, coordination,
content production, ecommerce or a similar role (strong internships count)
- Some experience following up with vendors, freelancers or cross-functional teams
- Handled several tasks or projects at once without losing track
Skills that matter:
- Comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel: trackers, filters, basic formulas
- Familiar with, or quick to learn, tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira or Monday
- Clear written communication with teams, vendors and clients
- Detail-oriented and organized, even when things get busy
- Interest in AI, fashion or creative production is a plus

- You stay calm when priorities shift
- You ask questions early instead of guessing
- You care about getting things done, not just tracking them
What success looks like
- Trackers for your projects are always clean and current
- Vendor follow-ups happen before deadlines are missed
- The Delivery Manager spends less time chasing updates

Reality check
