Role Description The Data Entry Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This role involves accurately inputting and updating data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring records are complete, consistent, and current.

The Data Entry

Assistant will verify information, identify and correct data discrepancies, and maintain organized files and documentation for reporting and operational use.

Responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks such as preparing basic reports, responding to internal information requests, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely data collection. The role may also involve communicating with internal stakeholders or external contacts to clarify data, follow up on missing information, and provide courteous support aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing records, managing documentation, and supporting routine office tasks.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy,



with proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and basic database tools.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clarify information, and provide accurate updates.
