Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to define and own the end-to-end Data Lakehouse architecture using Databricks and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics solutions, with a focus on designing scalable data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns for both structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the end-to-end Data Lakehouse architecture using Databricks and cloud-native services.
- Design scalable data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns for structured and unstructured data.
- Establish data modeling standards, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Design and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and Delta Lake best practices.
- Define data governance, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and security frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical decision-making.
- Provide guidance to Data Engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and BI use cases through well-designed data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, standards, and reusable design patterns.




- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve the data platform.

Mandatory Skills
- 12-15 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, and Analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Azure Databricks Lakehouse architectures.
- Robust knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity, Azure Databricks, and Lakehouse architecture patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in Data Modelling, Integrations, ETL/ELT design, and Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of Big Data technologies, distributed processing, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating data from ERP Integration Support, CRM 2013, IOT, operational databases, CTI Integration, and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with DW/BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Service Fabric.
- Knowledge of AI for Learning platforms and MLOps architectures.
- Experience with streaming and real-time analytics using Kafka Stream, Event Hub, or similar technologies.
- Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, Azure Databricks, or equivalent.
- Experience leading enterprise data modernization and migration initiatives.
