Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Chandigarh, India.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and decision-making. The role includes building dashboards and reports, performing exploratory and statistical analysis, and supporting data-driven insights for internal and client stakeholders.

Analyst will collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to define data requirements, develop data models,



and document methodologies and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve presenting findings, supporting performance metrics and SLAs, and continuously improving analytics workflows and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid grounding in Statistics and familiarity with quantitative analysis techniques.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational or cloud-based data systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is beneficial.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment is expected.
