Role: Data Analyst

Duration: Permanent – Full Time

Location: Bengaluru or Pune

About The Role

- Support business enablement and decision-making by analysing complex datasets and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- This role focuses heavily on Power BI , Tableau and Excel-based analysis, benchmarking, and survey data, working closely with internal stakeholders on data-driven initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse large and complex datasets (primarily Excel-based) to identify trends, insights, and gaps.
- Translate data into clear, business-friendly findings for stakeholders.
- Research external benchmarks, market practices, and survey data sources.
- Support pay benchmarking, gender pay gap analysis, and equal pay audits.
- Build clear charts, tables, and visual summaries for reports and presentations using Power BI , Tableau , etc .
- Coordinate survey data collection, validation, cleansing, and analysis.
- Identify trends and insights from survey results and support survey improvements.
- Support consultants on data-driven projects and presentations.
- Independently manage smaller benchmarking and analytics projects.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation,



and timely delivery of outputs.

Requirements

Requirements What You Need To Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or benchmarking roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and MS Excel , (data manipulation, formulas, analysis).
- Robust analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Good To Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
- Exposure to survey data, compensation, rewards, or HR analytics.
- Basic knowledge of statistics or predictive analytics.
- Relevant analytics certifications.
