About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to support the business operations, marketing and growth of Weekend Villa, a luxury hospitality and holiday villa project.

This is a practical internship where the selected candidate will work with real business data related to bookings, pricing, occupancy, customers, competitors, marketing and property operations.

The role is suitable for freshers and students who want to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and analyse booking enquiries, reservations, occupancy and revenue data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track booking sources, customer enquiries, conversion rates and guest feedback.




- Analyse weekday vs weekend occupancy, seasonal demand, holidays and booking patterns.
- Research competing villas, resorts and holiday properties to compare pricing, amenities, offers and availability.
- Analyse pricing and help identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and digital marketing performance.
- Create dashboards, charts and management reports to present key insights.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and future booking analysis.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve booking conversions, marketing performance and guest experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, guest relations and operations teams to collect and organise data.

Candidates from B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management and other educational backgrounds can apply.

Candidates should have valuable analytical ability, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge and an interest in working with data.

? Skills

Basic knowledge required: Excel or Google Sheets, formulas, sorting, filtering and organising data.

Good to have: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, dashboards, charts or basic Python.

Prior professional experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
