The manager will lead incident response efforts, supervise vulnerability assessments, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to mitigate security risks and improve the overall security posture. This role also involves preparing reports for leadership, managing security audits, and promoting security awareness across teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust cybersecurity and information security skills, including experience with Cybersecurity and Information Security frameworks and controls.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Application Security, with experience in secure software development practices and application-level risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including securing network infrastructure, monitoring network traffic, and implementing firewall and intrusion detection/prevention solutions.




- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment, including identifying, prioritizing, and tracking remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Relevant experience in GRC, including policy development, risk management, compliance mapping, and audit support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading or mentoring security teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or equivalent are an advantage.
