Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Customer Support Team Lead based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Customer Support Team

Lead will oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities include mentoring and managing a team of support agents, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties involve monitoring performance metrics, streamlining customer service processes,



and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent client support
- Team Leadership and Collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting abilities to address complex issues timely and find innovative solutions
- Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure team efficiency
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Experience in the watch or retail industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred
