About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is confident on calls and good at understanding what customers need. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and leads, so your communication, patience, and follow-through will directly shape their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and customers assigned through the CRM, and handle inbound queries.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products or services clearly.
- Resolve queries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the relevant team when needed.
- Update the CRM accurately after every interaction, including call notes, lead status, and follow-up dates.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely conversions and a good support experience.
- Meet the daily talk time and call targets set by the team.
- Maintain a polite, professional,



and empathetic tone on every call.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and maintaining daily talk time targets.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond appropriately.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and computers (Excel/Google Sheets, email).
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Good to Have

- Prior experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared).
- Knowledge of additional regional languages.
- Experience in sales support or lead handling.
