Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This position is responsible for designing and managing CRM strategies to strengthen relationships with farmland investors, buyers, and partners. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing initiatives to improve retention and engagement.

The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, overseeing CRM tools and processes, coordinating customer communication campaigns,



and tracking the effectiveness of customer-focused projects. The manager will also prepare reports on customer trends, provide insights to leadership, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
- Sales and Market Segmentation skills to design targeted campaigns and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor CRM initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with CRM platforms or customer databases; familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in real estate, agriculture, or farmland development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
