About the Role eClerx Services Limited is hiring Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts for its US Voice Process in Chandigarh.The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information and solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills,



a customer-focused approach, excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in rotational US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements through effective listening and probing.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide appropriate information, assistance, and solutions based on customer needs.
- Identify relevant opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
- Adapt effectively to a fast-paced international customer service workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

- In-hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month after successful completion of probation
- Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Other applicable benefits as per company policy
