Description:

CREST (Cement Readiness & Emerging Strategic Talent) is UltraTech's talent program designed for experienced manufacturing professionals with 8–15 years of core technical expertise in Process, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Mining and allied functions. It offers a unique chance to build a long-term career with world’s No. 1 cement organization (excluding China).





The program begins with a structured induction into the cement business, providing participants a comprehensive understanding of UltraTech's operations. This is followed by a 6-month business-critical project at a manufacturing unit, offering hands-on exposure and direct mentorship from senior unit leadership.

On successful completion, participants transition into key technical leadership roles across Process, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Mining and other functions — marking the start of a rewarding career path within UltraTech's manufacturing leadership.
