Role Description The Creative Reels Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing engaging short-form video content, primarily for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This full-time, in office role in Jaipur involves planning reel concepts, selecting footage, editing clips, adding music, effects, and text overlays, and optimizing content for audience engagement and brand alignment. The role includes collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, maintaining a consistent visual style, and experimenting with new trends and formats to increase reach and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong storytelling abilities with effective Writing skills to develop compelling reel concepts and scripts.
- Proficiency in Video Production, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and coordinating visual elements.
- Hands-on experience in Video Editing and Editing, using industry-standard software to produce polished, high-impact reels.
- Ability to translate Storytelling techniques into visually engaging short-form videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or content creation; a degree or coursework in media, film, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
