We are looking for a Credit Life Officer (CLO) to join the Sales team. The role involves driving credit life insurance business through tie-ups with banks and NBFC partners, maintaining strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell credit life insurance products through partner banks and NBFCs.
- Build robust business relationships with channel partners and their staff.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide product training and support to partner staff.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales / Credit Life / Bancassurance preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
