Creator Studeoz is growing its Mumbai team, and we’re looking for a Creative & Client Partner — someone who can move comfortably between ideas, clients, content and execution.
We are a creative production and content ecosystem working across photography, filmmaking, branded content, digital media, podcasts, documentaries, campaigns, events and visual storytelling.
With roots in India and a growing presence across markets, we work with brands, businesses, creators and people to turn ideas into stories that people actually want to watch, remember and engage with.
This role is different from conventional client servicing.
We don’t want someone whose job is simply to take a brief and coordinate with the creative team.
We want a creative person who can also handle clients.
Someone who can listen to a brief and start thinking:
What’s the idea?
What’s the story?
How should we make it?
What should we shoot?
How should we edit it?
How do we make it work digitally?
What you’ll work on
Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas and content formats
Write scripts, hooks, story structures and creative copy
Build pitches, presentations and creative proposals
Develop digital and social content strategies
Work closely with editors to shape the story and final edit
Coordinate with writers, photographers, cinematographers, designers, producers and post-production teams
Understand client requirements and translate them into creative direction
Manage client conversations and relationships
Take projects from brief → pre-production → production → post-production → final delivery
Review creative work and push it to a better final output
Explore AI and modern creative tools to make the creative process faster and smarter
Travel for shoots, productions, events and client requirements when needed
Who we’re looking for
You could come from advertising, filmmaking, content production, digital media, creative agencies, branded content or a similar environment.
We care less about your designation and more about how you think and what you’ve actually created.
You should be able to:
Think creatively.
Write clearly.
Understand visual storytelling.
Talk to clients.
Work with editors.
Understand production.
Build a pitch.
And take ownership of the final output.
You don’t have to be the best at everything.
But you should be curious about everything.
And most importantly
We’re not looking for a client-servicing person who coordinates creatives.
We’re looking for a creative person who can also handle clients.
