Role Description The Corporate Trainer – AI & Generative AI will be responsible for delivering instructor-led corporate and classroom training programs across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI technologies, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.

The role involves delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences for corporate professionals and ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction through effective communication, practical demonstrations, and strong classroom engagement.



The trainer will work with emerging AI technologies and continuously strengthen their technical expertise to ensure training remains aligned with evolving industry requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and OpenAI technologies.
- Candidates should have a robust understanding of Agentic AI concepts and frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to learners with different levels of technical expertise.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in AI training, technical training, or instructor-led delivery.
- Knowledge of or certification in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), and/or Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) is required.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with Microsoft technologies and Databricks will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to learner engagement and satisfaction throughout the training lifecycle.
