? Hiring: Corporate Trainer

: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Corporate Trainer who can train, guide, and prepare employees for their respective floor roles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for recent joiners and existing employees.

Provide proper product, process, communication, and workplace training.

Prepare trainees to become floor-ready and handle real-time work confidently.

Conduct role-plays, mock calls/tasks, and practical training sessions.

Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.

Identify training gaps and work on improving employee performance.

Maintain training records and prepare basic performance reports.

Coordinate with the HR and management team regarding trainee progress.

Ensure employees understand company policies,



processes, and work standards.

Requirements

Fresher to 2 years of experience in Corporate Training / Employee Training / Process Training / HR / BPO Training.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Confident personality with the ability to handle a group of people.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

Good command of English, Hindi and Bengali will be preferred.

Should be energetic, responsible, and comfortable conducting regular training sessions.

Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are also welcome.
