Position: Corporate Trainer – India & US Recruitment
Department: Human Resources / Learning & Development

We are looking for a Corporate Trainer who can build and execute a structured training program for freshers and prepare them for successful careers in the India and US recruitment industry.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Trainer who can design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for freshers entering the India and US staffing/recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the capabilities of freshers from the ground up, including recruitment knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills, corporate behavior, recruitment processes, and internal organizational practices.
Prior experience in the recruitment/staffing industry will be a strong advantage. However, candidates without recruitment experience may also be considered if they have excellent training capabilities and are willing to learn and master our internal India and US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
- Design and implement structured training programs for freshers covering India and US recruitment processes.
- Develop training modules, presentations, exercises, assessments, and practical activities.
- Conduct classroom, interactive,
and hands-on training sessions.
- Train freshers on recruitment fundamentals, sourcing techniques, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Understand the organization's internal India and US staffing processes and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- Continuously evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans.
2. Corporate & Interpersonal Skills Training
- Conduct training on communication, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, workplace behavior, email etiquette, and corporate communication.
- Develop freshers' confidence and ability to communicate professionally with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Train employees on teamwork, accountability, time management, problem-solving, and skilled conduct.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, mock interviews, and practical recruitment exercises.
3. HR & Employee Lifecycle Activities
- Support and participate in the end-to-end hiring process for freshers.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of potential candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Develop and execute induction and orientation programs.
- Work closely with HR and recruitment leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new hires into their respective teams.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Help develop activities that improve employee participation, motivation, and workplace engagement.
4. India & US Staffing Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of both India staffing and US staffing/recruitment processes.
- Learn and implement the company's internal recruitment methodology, tools, workflows, policies, and expectations.
- Train employees according to the organization's specific processes and business requirements.
- Stay updated on recruitment practices, sourcing methods, staffing terminology, and industry trends.
5. Training Effectiveness & Reporting
- Track trainee attendance, participation, assessments, productivity, and progress.
- Conduct regular knowledge checks and performance evaluations.
- Prepare training reports and provide feedback to management.
- Recommend additional coaching or retraining wherever required.
- Measure the effectiveness of training based on trainee performance after deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer, Recruitment Trainer, HR Trainer, L&D; Specialist, or HR professional.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management abilities.
- Ability to train freshers with different levels of knowledge and confidence.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting interviews, onboarding sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Willingness and ability to learn the company's internal India and US recruitment processes.
